# Limits and privacy

## Daily lookups

- UGC Chart is free with a work email.
- You get 200 lookups a day. Each tool call that works uses 1. Your AI tool may make more than one call for a single question.
- Calls that fail, like a creator we can't find, are free up to 300 a day.
- Listing the tools and starting a connection are always free.
- You get 100 more lookups a day for each coworker who joins with your invite link. Find it on [your account page](https://ugcchart.com/account).
- The same daily lookups cover the MCP server, your API keys and the browser extension.

When you run out, the tool says so in plain words. Your lookups reset every day at midnight UTC.

## What it can and can't do

- Your AI tool can only read UGC Chart data. It can't change anything or send anything for you.
- A connection made by signing in can't see your email or your lists.
- It never reads your Trybe account. It can't see it.

## What we keep

For the MCP server, we keep your work email, how many lookups you use each day, and each connected tool so you can turn it off. We never sell your data. See our [privacy page](https://ugcchart.com/privacy) for everything.

## Turn it off

Go to [your account page](https://ugcchart.com/account). Each connected tool and key shows up there. Click **Turn off** to stop it. To delete your whole account, use **Delete my account** on the same page.
