This page says what we keep about you, why we keep it, and how to delete it.

UGC Chart (ugcchart.com) is run by UGC Chart LLC, a Wyoming company ("UGC Chart", "we"). UGC Chart is independent. It is not made by Trybe and is not part of Trybe.

What we keep

• Your work email. You use it to sign in. We send you a sign-in link. We do not use passwords.
• Your profile. Your company website name (taken from your email), and the categories you pick for the Monday email.
• Things you save. Creators you follow, your shortlists, your notes, and which creators you have seen.
• Invites. If you share your invite link, we keep a record of who joined from it. That is how we give you more daily lookups.
• Keys and connected tools. If you make a key, or connect Claude, ChatGPT or our Chrome extension, we keep a scrambled copy of the key (a hash). We never keep the key itself, so we cannot show it to anyone again, not even you.
• How much you use. We count your lookups, page views and downloads each day, so we can apply the daily limits.
• Basic server logs. Like every website, our servers see your IP address and the pages you ask for. We use the IP address to stop abuse, like too many lookups from one place.
• Product analytics. We use PostHog to learn which pages and buttons people use, so we can make the site better. PostHog can set a cookie and a random ID in your browser. It records pages you visit, buttons you click, your browser type, and your rough location from your IP address. We do not send PostHog your notes or your lists. Want to stop it? You can block cookies for ugcchart.com in your browser, or use a tracker blocker.

What we never do

• We never sell your data, and we never use it for ads.
• We never read any of your Trybe account data. We do not ask for your Trybe login.

Who helps us run the site

These companies store or move data for us. They may only use it to do this work for us.

• Supabase: our database and sign-in.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Resend: sends our emails (sign-in links and the Monday email).
• PostHog: product analytics, as described above.

How long we keep it

• Your account and the things you save stay until you delete your account.
• Daily use counts are only needed for a short time. They are deleted with your account.
• Server logs are kept for a short time by our hosting company, then deleted.
• When you delete your account, we delete it from our database right away. Backup copies may last a short time before they are replaced.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in and go to your account page.
2. Find Delete my account.
3. Type delete in the box, then click the button.

This deletes your account, follows, shortlists, notes, keys and invites. Any AI tool or Chrome extension you connected stops working. You cannot undo this.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• show you the data we have about you,
• fix data that is wrong,
• delete your data.

Email hello@ugcchart.com from the email you sign in with. We will answer within 30 days. These rights come from laws like the GDPR (in Europe and the UK) and the CCPA (in California). You will not be treated worse for asking.

For creators

UGC Chart shows public weekly data from Trybe Discovery, like a creator's sales range and how many videos they made. We do not show exact sales.

If you are a creator and you want to be taken off UGC Chart, email hello@ugcchart.com. We take you off within 24 hours. After that, you are hidden from the site and left out of every weekly list.

Changes

If we change this page, we will change the date at the top.
