These are the rules for using UGC Chart. By using the site, you agree to them.

UGC Chart (ugcchart.com) is run by UGC Chart LLC, a Wyoming company ("UGC Chart", "we").

It is free

UGC Chart is free to use. Some things have daily limits, like how many creators you can look up each day. You can get more by inviting coworkers. We may change the limits.

Fair use

Please do not:

• copy the data in bulk with bots or scripts (scraping),
• sell or give away our data as your own,
• share your key or your sign-in with anyone else,
• try to get around the daily limits, or try to break the site.

About the data

• We show the data "as is". We work hard to get it right, but it can be wrong or late.
• Sales are ranges from Trybe, like "$50K+". They are not exact numbers.
• This is not financial advice. Please check a creator yourself before you hire them.

Closing accounts

We can turn off a key or close an account that breaks these rules or abuses the site. You can close your own account at any time on your account page.

We are not Trybe

UGC Chart is independent. It is not made by Trybe and is not part of Trybe. We show public data from Trybe Discovery to help brands find great Trybe creators.

Our own ad work

We also run an agency that makes ads for brands. Our agency is never ranked on the list.

Claude, ChatGPT, keys and the extension

When you use UGC Chart through Claude, ChatGPT, a key, or our Chrome extension, these same terms apply.

Which laws apply

These terms follow the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, where UGC Chart LLC is organized.

Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using UGC Chart after that, you agree to the new terms.
